The archive contains production and staging .deb and AppImage packages, SHA256SUMS and the build identity. The checksum file refers to paths inside dist.
- Download the test build. GitHub sign-in is required; the ZIP archive is about 1.8 GB.
- Extract the archive into a folder named dist, then open Terminal in its parent folder.
- Copy the commands and paste them into Terminal. They stop if the architecture or checksum check fails.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Support status, downloads and installation for the Raspberry Pi test build.
Ask our teamNot yet. This is an evaluation build. Native CI passed compilation, tests, packaging, Debian installation and architecture checks, but playback and hardware acceleration have not yet been validated on a real Pi. It is not a certified production Pi release.
No. The production Linux v15 package is built for amd64 (Intel / AMD) computers only. A Raspberry Pi needs this separate ARM64 test build.
The test build is published as a CI artifact, which GitHub only serves to signed-in users with access. CI artifacts expire, so this is a test download, not a permanent release feed.
Install the production package, signagex-player_arm64-v2_arm64.deb. It pairs with your production SignageX account. The archive also contains a staging package that uses a separate account environment; run only the intended player.
Yes, once basic playback works. The optional dedicated kiosk session described on the Linux page also applies to the Pi test build.
